Meet the founder and head coach

From very humble beginnings, Pete’s had a fantastic professional career, holding roles that include HR Director, Non-Executive Director, COO, and CEO. Outside of the work arena, Pete has completed multiple endurance events, including marathons, half and full Ironman triathlons. It's fair to say that Pete has covered the ‘hard yards’ and pushed his perceived personal limits.

In his early career, he quickly rose through the ranks in a large-scale manufacturing organisation, realising the only way to succeed in the environment was to evolve and learn more to become more; that’s when his thirst for personal evolution began. This sparked a lifelong fascination with individual growth in all ways. As a byproduct of this obsession with human capability, Pete's naturally warm personality, authentic style, and proactive demeanour meant he would naturally lead by example and develop the people around him. Over the years, a career in coaching has organically been created, and the natural connection between his personality and purpose aligns perfectly when he coaches, spontaneously developing others to see their true potential.
