With a distinguished senior career that transitioned through the manufacturing, construction and technology sectors, people and project management evolved into an innovative HR director.
In my role as an HRD, I clearly saw the pitfalls of using the traditional recruitment companies and knew there must be a better way. I have always excelled at connecting people and projects with the foresight of what works best for both parties and harmonising them to give the best outcomes.
This expertise laid the groundwork for founding The Dakota Guild which has been organically growing since 2000. This is a testament to my fresh approach to professional networking and project delivery excellence.
